Whole smoked Pork Shoulder pulled or chopped upon request. Signature dish must try on sliders or sammiches.
Choice of either or both. Slow smoked with dry rub. Sauce available to finish or on the side or can be finished with sauce on request.
Whole smoked chicken, spatchcock cut. Basted and finished with Alabama White sauce upon request. We also do wings or breasts a la carte.

We will pretty much smoke anything upon request. Tri-tip, Beef Ribs, Hot links, Sausage, Turkey breast, Burgers, Hot dogs....you name it, we'll smoke it.
