Our Story

 At Bubba Lou's Smoked Barbecue, we are more than just a mobile catering business – we're a family-driven venture with deep roots in the art of barbecue. Our journey began in 2024 with a simple desire: to serve the best barbecue in town while fostering unforgettable moments among friends and family. Named after our son Kyle's endearing nickname, Bubba Lou's represents not only our passion for cooking but also our commitment to creating lasting memories through exceptional food and service.

 Drawing on years of experience and countless backyard gatherings, we've perfected our recipes to offer what we call "Regional Craft Barbecue" – a celebration of the diverse flavors found across America. From the tangy sauces of the Carolinas to the smoky brisket of Texas, each protein, sauce, and side is inspired by a different region, meticulously prepared from scratch to capture the essence of its origin.

Our approach is simple: focus on quality, authenticity, and hospitality. Whether we are serving ribs at a family gathering or pulled pork at a community event, our goal remains the same – to bring people together with great food.

Slow Smoked Meats

Simple, regional proteins. Slow smoked to perfection.

Big Daddys Brisket

Texas style slow smoked prime beef brisket. Simple coarse salt, pepper and smoked. Served whole, sliced or chopped. Try our unique amazing sliders or sammies! Cheddar cheese, elote corn and Alabama white sauce! Ask about them!

Annie's Pulled Pork

Carolina style pulled pork. Smoked until fall apart tender. Pulled or chopped. Try the pulled pork on sammiches or sliders with slaw, pickles, onions and Carolina gold sauce.

Mama's Hot links

Hot links slow smoked, sliced and finished in a Japanese BBQ sauce. Fan Favorite, must try.

Alabama white sauce slathered chicken. Tender and juicy smoked, grilled and basted in homemade Alaba

Beso's Chicken

Smoked, gilled and basted with Alabama white sauce. This chicken is tender and juicy. Available by whole chicken, by pieces or wings. You pick!

Pop's Tri-Tip

Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip. Seared and slow smoked. A California classic.  Great for sliders!


Anderson Rey's Ribs

 Simple, fall off the bone baby back or spare ribs.

Dry rub or sauced. *Sauce on side recommended.


Side Dishes

Regionally inspired and traditionally crafted side dishes. Email or call for a custom quote and event availability.

Jack's Mac n Cheese

Cheesy, gooey and smokey Mac n cheese.  Slow smoked and finished with a crazy crust.

Bean's Beans

Sweet, savory and smokey baked beans....with a twist and kick.

Duke's Slaw

Sweet, tangy, creamy and crunchy slaw made only with Duke's Mayo. Perfect on sammiches too.

Jojo's Famous Mashed Potatoes

Southern inspired and crafted Mashed Potatoes...whipped and topped with Cheese. A must have!

Madee's Macaroni Salad

Traditional Hawaiin style Macaroni Salad. Creamy and tangy, simple and sweet.

Sweet's Esquites

Esquite is corn off the cob, charred and prepared like traditional Elote street corn. Sweet and tangy. 


Sauce's

Homemade, never store bought, made from scratch. Sauces for every pallet.

Kansas City Traditional

Sweet, smoky and tangy Kansas City inspired BBQ Sauce. Ketchup based.

South Carolina Gold

Mustard and vinegar based. Caronlina inspired. Tangy on tangy!

Alabama White

Mayo based Alabama White Sauce. We baste our chicken with this sauce but is awesome on everything. Even a flip flop.

Carolina Vinegar

North Carolina Inspired sauce. Vinegar and pepper based. Wake them taste buds up!

Japanese BBQ

Sweet with some heat. Hot link sauce.

Pickled Red Onions

Home pickled red onions. A true classic and must have with barbecue.

Pick up, Delivery or On Site Catering

Please contact us for custom quote for all orders. Event agreement with pricing will be provided and signed upon agreement by both parties. No changes to event agreement within 3 days of event. Non-refundable deposit required within 3 days of event. Free pick up orders. Free delivery within 20 miles of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Smoker trailer available for on-site events. Let's smoke it up!

Texas Style Prime Beef Brisket

Low and slow smoked Texas style Prime Beef Brisket.  Salt and pepper.....

Carolina Pulled Pork

Whole smoked Pork Shoulder pulled or chopped upon request.  Signature dish must try on sliders or sammiches.

Ribs (Baby backs or Spare Ribs)

Choice of either or both. Slow smoked with dry rub. Sauce available to finish or on the side or can be finished with sauce on request.

Whole smoked Alabama Chicken

Whole smoked chicken, spatchcock cut. Basted and finished with Alabama White sauce upon request. We also do wings or breasts a la carte.

Hot Link Burnt Ends

Hot link burnt ends in Japanese BBQ sauce.  Finished and served as burnt ends in Japanese BBQ Sauce. Customer favorite for snacking!

Santa Maria Tri-Tip

Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip. Seared and then slow smoked to medium rare (unless otherwise specified) Great on sliders or sammiches. 

Special Request Items

We will pretty much smoke anything upon request. Tri-tip, Beef Ribs, Hot links, Sausage, Turkey breast, Burgers, Hot dogs....you name it, we'll smoke it. Call for a custom quote to suit any of your grubbing needs. Custom quantities and pricing based on event. We'll do just about anything....$20 bucks is $20 bucks.


Side Dishes

Contact us for pricing and recommendations. Quotes and pricing are provided on a case-by-case basis. Nothing cookie cutter here. All custom and customer oriented. Everything is made fresh and to order. Nothing is frozen, all fresh.

Mashed Potatoes

Southern whipped mashed potatoes. Simple, unique and popular.

Mac N Cheese

 Traditional large elbow noodles with creamy jacked up sauce. Smoked

Elote Corn OFF the Cob

Mexican inspired traditional street corn but OFF the cob.

BBQ Smoked Beans

Kicked up BBQ Beans with bacon & pineapple. Smoked.

Macaroni Salad

Hawaiian Style or traditional Macaroni Salad.

Coleslaw

Creamy and tangy coleslaw. A must have with savory meats to cut the richness. 

Cornbread muffins

Corn stuffed cornbread muffins. Honey and butter on the side. Must try. 


Sauces

All sauces available in pint or quart. .Hell, we'll even do a gallon if you wish.

Kansas City Style

Made from scratch traditional ketchup-based BBQ Sauce. Can go on a flip flop.

Carolina Gold

Carolina Gold mustard and vinegar-based sauce. A classic.

Alabama White

If you know, you know. Bama white sauce....mayo based with a twang and kick.

Pepper Vinegar

Old school apple cider vinegar based sauce with crushed red and black pepper. Perfect on everything pork.

Japanese BBQ

Straight up and simple. Sweet with heat.

Pickled Red Onions

Straight up and simple.

Plates, cutlery, napkins, slider rolls, sliced white bread or hamburger buns available on request. We can drop off, pick up or serve. W Drinks and desserts available upon request.
